I am a Senior Librarian in the Access Services Division of NTU Library, where I look after the document delivery and centralised reference services. This involves providing research assistance, writing procedures and policies as well as training new staff in these areas. As a Subject Librarian for Communication Research and Journalism, I select materials to add to the library collection, provide instruction on information skills and act as a liaison person for the Division of Communication Research and Division of Journalism and Publishing.
